May 17, 2022According to our system (edge), the follow-through day is our signal to get back into the market.. The problem is that not all follow-through days work and I am a little suspicious of this follow-through day here is why..
- First, we are in a bear market and we have already seen two failed follow-through days.
- Second, there are very few constructive-looking charts with base building that I would consider buying..
So what do you do.. Do you plunge back into the market and buy anything and everything? No. Take your time. Find a few stocks that you might be interested in and open a position or two at proper buypoints, then wait for feedback.. If you're getting stopped out right away, then that's the market saying that you are on the wrong side of the market.. However, if you are making some gains, then look for a stock or two to add to your portfolio.. No need to rush.
